Confidentiality and Privacy
Integrity Mobile Notary Services takes every effort to protect sensitive information that you have entrusted to us. Documents are secured in a locking briefcase during transit, a fire-proof safe while awaiting the loan signing and are couriered or returned to the title or escrow company immediately upon completion of signing unless otherwise instructed. At no time while the documents are being reviewed or signed by the borrowers will they be out of Integrity Mobile Notary Service’s direct supervision until the time they are re-secured into one of the safety devices previously mentioned.
Borrower/Borrower Questions
If a borrower has a question that can only be answered by the loan officer Integrity Mobile Notary Services will try to contact the loan officer during the signing. If the loan officer cannot be reached we will advise the borrower of the 3 Day Right of Cancellation form and will continue with the signing. Borrower questions will be listed and e-mailed or faxed to the loan officer immediately following the signing per loan officer preference. If the borrower refuses to continue with the signing and we cannot contact the loan officer for a response loan documents will be secured by Integrity Mobile Notary Services, including borrower and lender copies, until the situation can be resolved and the signing can be re-scheduled. Integrity Mobile Notary Services will always notify the borrower at the initial phone call that we cannot provide any legal advice.
Fees
Fees are negotiable and include everything from the initial contacting of the borrower through the sending of the completed documents to the lender.
* An additional fee may be assessed if there are additional charges to the NSA for return postage on the document package.
* An additional fee may be assessed for travel when a weather hazard exists. If hazardous conditions exist, Integrity Mobile Notary Services will contact the loan officer to approve moving forward with the signing.
*An additional fee of $25-$35 will be assessed for e-mail docs.
